Since 2000, SERCO is a certified Fujitsu service. As such, we are authorized to perform Fujitsu products’ warranty services. Outside Budapest, we have a national service network with 23 partners at 20 settlements. On an annual basis, the improvement or expansion of thousands of Fujitsu device (PC, workstation, notebook, server) is carried out by us. These data also show that our warranty service has the most significant volume in Hungary.
Retail clients could get in touch with us through our customer service, by using the on-line customer contact form or by finding directly the nearest service partner. We perform the majority of warranty repairs within 5 working days.
Enterprise customers with Fujitsu equipments and devices we provide support contract with increased aid which exempts them from the administrational tasks associated with the warranty. We provide troubleshoot in less than 24 hours – in special cases even faster -, repair is guaranteed in 4 hours, or we put a replacement machine into operation according to a separate agreement.
High standard of quality of our work is guaranteed due to the continuously expanding professional knowledge of our colleagues, the regular inspections of Fujitsu’s domestic brand representation and the spare parts purchased from the manufacturer. Important feature is that our customer service always gives quick and effective information to customers.
