IT Angels
Women who don’t just talk into thin air.
-
The starting point
According to Eurostat data, in 2025 the proportion of female IT specialists in Hungary was a mere 15 percent, which puts us second to last among the EU countries. SERCO has, in its own way, taken two paths to improve this discouraging statistic.
-
Women in leadership
First of all, at SERCO we consider it important that leadership positions are open to female professionals too. Placing our talented female colleagues in managerial roles expresses our commitment to social equality.
-
A podcast of its own
The other significant step for SERCO was launching its own podcast. The podcast dedicated broad space to dispelling prejudices and showed what society can gain by providing opportunities and careers to women in the IT industry. The IT Angels episodes can still be listened to today.
SERCO Informatika brings decades of experience and proven solutions to a wide range of industries.
