Sports sponsorship

As a responsible company, SERCO cares about more than business success: we want to play an active part in the underserved areas of IT and in the life of the wider community.

That is why we began supporting prominent teams and athletes across several sports – and why we have stood by them for years.

As a privately owned Hungarian company we know how much help means to the people who live where it lands – so our support is always tied to one concrete community: a team, a rider, a road.

SERCO Explorer Team

SERCO initiated its sponsorship collaboration several years ago with the SERCO Explorer Team led by László Tóth at the Budapest–Bamako Rally. The team captain has completed the race more than ten times, delivering humanitarian aid to some of the world's poorest countries.

SERCO is once again not sitting out the great adventure: in 2026, kitted out in expedition clothing, we are once more supporting our partner, László Tóth, as he takes on the legendary Budapest–Bamako rally. For some, this might be little more than a line drawn on a map, but for Laci it is a 9,000-kilometre motor race through the wild and breathtaking landscapes of West Africa. Beyond the adventure, the journey is also a mission: his boot will be packed with laptops, tablets and school stationery kits, which he will distribute amongst villages across Africa.
